Food Trip to Buyeo

 Sub-theme: the Stamina healing camp

Visited food attraction: Dreaming Baekma river(꿈꾸는 백마강), Jangwon Makguksu(장원막국수), Gudrae Dolssambap(구드래 돌쌈밥)

On 26th, January, in 2013, I had visited Buyeo with my buddies once again since 3 years ago.

On that time, we went to enjoy the Baekje cultural festival which is held every year.

We visited there to go on a tour for foods.

On arriving in Buyeo, at first, we visited the Dreaming Baekma river which is located in the Baekjewon.

The decorated interior as 1970~1980 style made me remind my childhood.

Bad snacks, 80's movie posters, and holding outdated instruments, etc...

We asked the owner whether menu is offered or not but she said it wasn't available because she didn't get a permit.

The offered menu was only americano. :(

It was all good but I was sorry that the meal wasn't offered.

When I getta visit there once again, I wish I could feel old and affectionate.

I gotta fall in a memory and sat at the old piano and played the chopsticks march, spring song, and the minuet.

Though I lost the sence of playing the piano cuz I had not played for about 15 years, I was not bad. :)

I promised visit one more time and then the noodle restaurant Jangwon Makguksu.

The makguksu was offered only cool things even though it was winter.

We offered enough quantity and slice meats, and soup, which was tasty. When eating with slice meat, the taste was fantastic.

We ordered more noodles so we wanted to eat the more for 3 men but it was looked like for 6 mens though we ordered for 3 men.

We were full with the makguksu. so the stomach were not tight by evening.

We decided the accommodation as the Gudrae pention.

It was remodeled as the home. the room was small but it cost only \ 80,000 per a room and a night.

The facilities were not so excellent but there was affectionate as if my home.

Cuz we were full with makguksu, we set the bedding and slept until sunset.

In the sunset, we awaked and went to market 'Nonghyup Hanaro wholesale Market'. we had a dinner as barbecue with the liquor!!

Sea food stew, Neck barbecue, Samgepsal barbeque, and the liquor, which made us full.

At over 10:00 P.M., we were asleep. and we awaked on about 9:00 P.M..

After checked out, we went to the restaurant 'Gudrae Dolssambap'!!

 The interior was extraordinary.

It was decorated with woods like the Dreaming Baekma river.

We ordered Bulgogi and Duck jumuleok as the table set.

As the picture, the side dished were seasoned, and the meats looked like much delicious. and the last menu was the nutritious rice in the rock dish.

Mixed rice with the Bulgogi was even attractive.

The taste, eating meats with diverse Ssams, was the best taste in my life.

The order was for 5 men but we seemed to eat as if we were 7 men.

We finished the trip at the cafe 'Cafebene' next to the Gudrae.

We had gone on many trips, but this trip was just the Stamina Healing Camp.

Though we got some weight cuz we only ate and slept, we got free from the exhaustion.

Is this so called the resort trip?

It was so simple pattern but so good.

 ※ Review

The Dream Baekma river: There is better to have a date than eating.

The old interior made me remind my childhood. the air was also romantic. had you getta have a date in Buyeo, you should visit there.

Jangwon Makguksu: The soup and slice meat's tastes were so fantastic. moreover addtion of noodles were so enough to eat against the low price. but the air and interior was not so good. you'd better visit there when you accompany friends of the same sex or as group.

Gudrae Dolssambap: The wood decorations and the decorated interior by the old movie poster were so impressive. outside the big window, the plants were grown. I think you'd better visit there in summer or autumn cuz the atmosphere is the best in summer or autumn.

If you order foods as table, you can eat seasoned dishes. especially, I can't forget the taste of bulgogi with diverse ssams.
